Kuldeep Yadav is a 24 year old cricket player for the Indian National Team who hails from the Uttar Pradesh region of the country. Kuldeep Yadav was born on 14th December 1994 in Kanpur in the state of Uttar Pradesh in India. His father is a brick kiln owner and he was a very meritorious student who initially wanted to play cricket for fun. He said that his father wanted him to continue playing cricket and took him to a coach. Yadav dreamed of being a left arm fast bowler but the coach did not like his build and suggested him to become a left arm chinaman, one of the rare bowlers.
This decision changed his career. Soon, he was playing for the Uttar Pradesh domestic team and was picked up by the Mumbai Indians squad in the Indian Premier League in 2012. Kolkata Knight Riders bought him in 2014 and he has played for them since.
Yadav made his India team debut in ODIs on 23rd June 2017 against West Indies and his Test debut against Australia on 25th March 2017. He is the first slow left arm chinaman bowler to represent India in Test cricket and the third chinaman to take four wickets on his Test debut.
